2. What data we collect and why

• Email address — collected when you purchase a plan, used to send order confirmations, ask for your property photos, and deliver your finished video. Legal basis: performance of the requested service (contract).
• Photos of your property that you upload — used exclusively to produce your video. Legal basis: performance of the requested service.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

3. Who we share data with

• Stripe — processes payment; receives your email and payment details directly, we do not.
• AI video generation providers (e.g. Higgsfield) — receive your uploaded photos strictly to generate the video clips for your order, as data processors acting on our instructions.

We never sell your data or your property photos to third parties, and photos are never used for marketing without your explicit separate consent.

4. Data retention

Property photos and generated video files are kept for 12 months after delivery, in case you need a revision, after which they are deleted. Order and payment records are kept as required by Spanish tax law.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@dinaclip.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
