This website allows visitors to purchase an AI-generated cinematic video package for a property, upload their own photos, and receive the finished video for use on listing platforms and social media.

By using this website you agree to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. You must only upload photos of properties you are authorised to use for this purpose, and own or have rights over.

4. Intellectual property

The delivered video is licensed to the customer for their own use in advertising and promoting the property. Dinaclip's brand, website design and source code remain the property of the owner.

5. Liability

Video production depends on the quality of the photos supplied. The owner does not guarantee specific commercial results from using the video and accepts no liability for decisions made based on it.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), except where consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
